Our commitment

Quality built into every engagement.

Our internal quality-management system is guided by our ethics and quality-control manual, audit manual and seven connected ISQM pillars.

Our quality system

Rigour you can rely on.

Quality is an everyday responsibility. The managing partner leads a dedicated quality-assurance function, and our system is aligned with the International Standards on Quality Management (ISQM).

Before accepting or continuing an engagement, we assess independence, conflicts of interest, team capability and available time. Clear engagement terms set out the agreed scope, responsibilities, timelines and fees.

Work is planned, documented and reviewed at multiple levels. Approved audit programmes and checklists guide fieldwork; training, consultation and monitoring support ongoing improvement.

Seven pillars

Every engagement passes through each one.

Together, these areas help identify risk, support our people, maintain high standards and continually improve our work.
